In order to subscribe to yourmusic.com, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth below.

For $6.99 a month you are eligible as a subscriber to receive one CD each month from your Music Queue. Your subscription also allows you to enjoy complete access to all of the CDs at yourmusic.com for the unbeatable low price of $6.99 each. Shipping and handling is always free. We will charge your credit card or PayPal account $6.99 every month, beginning on the day you subscribe and continuing every month you remain a subscriber. You will receive regular monthly e-mails from yourmusic.com highlighting new releases, featured selections and special sales. The following terms and conditions also apply:

1.Subscription Availability: Subscriptions to yourmusic.com and shipment of yourmusic.com CDs are limited to the U.S. and its territories and possessions.

2.Your Music Queue: Your Music Queue is a great way to automatically add the CDs you want to your collection! Each month, you.ll receive the first available choice you.ve placed in your Music Queue. Creating your customized Queue is easy. You can add, remove and change the shipment order of CDs whenever you like. Only single CDs can be added to your Music Queue.

If your Music Queue is empty, we will send you e-mails reminding you to add CDs to your Queue for shipment. Remember, your credit card or PayPal account will be charged $6.99 each month, even if you do not have a CD in your Music Queue. So, please be sure to have a CD in your Queue one day before your shipment date. Otherwise, we cannot ship a CD for that month. If you keep your Music Queue filled with CDs, you'll never miss out on your favorite music!

3.Pricing: In addition to receiving a CD from your Music Queue every month, you can purchase as many CDs as you want for $6.99 each. Multi-unit CD sets are priced at $6.99 per CD. Shipping and handling is always free! We do reserve the right to modify or change our pricing and discounting policies at any time. If we change or add any pricing, we will send an e-mail notice, at least 30 days in advance, to your e-mail address on file. You agree that we are authorized to begin charging your credit card or PayPal account at the new pricing after the 30 day notice period. Of course, if you are not happy, you are free to cancel at any time by accessing your account.

4.Purchase Limits:. In order for yourmusic.com to keep our prices low only 2 copies of the same title may be purchased.

5.Shipping And Handling: Standard shipping and handling by USPS is always free. Premium Express and Express shipping and handling are available for an extra charge, covering all associated costs and services, including labor, materials, processing, and postage. Premium Express and Express shipping and handling charges are subject to change. See the Help section on the website for more details about shipping and handling.

6.Local Taxes: You will be charged state and local sales taxes, if applicable.

7.CDs Are For Personal Use Only: All selections purchased through yourmusic.com subscriptions are intended for personal use only and not for resale or any other commercial purpose. If we determine product is being used other than for personal use, we will cancel your subscription.

8. Subscription Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time, simply by e-mailing us or by clicking here. We do reserve the right to cancel subscriptions at any time.

9. Terms Of Use And Privacy Policy: You have a right to know the rules that apply to your use of our website. And we know that privacy is important to you, and it's important to us, too. That's why we want you to know about the Terms Of Use of our site, the personal information we collect, how we use that information and with whom it may be shared. By accepting these Terms And Conditions, you are also accepting and agreeing to our Privacy Policy and Terms Of Use, which are a part of our Terms And Conditions.

10.Returns: We stand behind the quality of our product and want to be sure you receive exactly what you ordered.

Returning Music Queue CDs: If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect Music Queue selection, please write us at Customer Service Department, P.O. Box 1958, Indianapolis, IN 46291-0010 or contact us online and we will send you a replacement. All returns must be made within 30 days and must include a note explaining the reason for the return. Please note: We will only accept the return of a Music Queue selection if the CD was damaged, defective or incorrect.

Returning Other CDs: If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect selection, please write us at Customer Service Department, P.O. Box 1958, Indianapolis, IN 46291-0010 or contact us online and we will send you a replacement, apply a credit to your account or to the credit card or PayPal account you used. All returns must be made within 30 days and must include a note explaining the reason for the return and whether you prefer a replacement or credit.

You may also return any unopened CD, except Music Queue selections, within 30 days for a credit to your account or to the credit card or PayPal account you used.

How To Return CDs: If the CD you are returning is still sealed in the box it was shipped in, you may write "Refused. Return to Sender" on the package and drop it in the mail. If you wish to return a CD and have opened the package it was shipped in, you may reseal the original package or repackage it.

CD Cases: If a CD case is damaged, contact us online or send a note to the Customer Service address above and we'll send a free replacement case.

11. Resolving Disputes: If there is any dispute between us, it is agreed that either of us may elect to have it resolved by proceeding in small claims court or by binding arbitration administered by the National Arbitration Forum, the American Arbitration Association, or JAMS under their rules for consumer arbitrations. All disputes in arbitration will be handled just between the named parties. The arbitrator shall not have authority to conduct any proceedings on a class, private attorney general, or other representative basis; nor to entertain any claim of, nor provide any relief to, any person who is not a named party; nor to join or consolidate claims by or for individuals with different accounts. You acknowledge that this means that you may not have access to a court or jury.
