Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of our CDs and want to be sure you receive exactly what you ordered.
Returning Music Queue CDs
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect Music Queue selection contact Customer Service, and we will send you a replacement. All returns must be made within 30 days and must include a note explaining the reason for the return. Please note: We will only accept the return of a Music Queue selection if the CD was damaged, defective or incorrect.
Returning Other CDs
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect selection, contact Customer Service, and we will send you a replacement, apply a credit to your account or to the credit card or PayPal account you used. All returns must be made within 30 days and must include a note explaining the reason for the return and letting us know whether you would like a replacement, credit or refund.
You may also return any unopened CD, except Music Queue selections, within 30 days for a credit to your account or to the credit card or PayPal account you used.
